KYMCO USA dealers now have access to online training through a partnership with Dealership University.

DU, an Atlanta-based company, created the courses to offer dealers a way to train their sales staff on the features and benefits of KYMCO motorcycles, scooters and ATVs.

The courses contain an interactive combination of audio, graphics and text. Each course contains self-checks throughout and a test at the end to track the learner’s comprehension and course completion.

“Proper training is an important aspect of sales,” said Bruce Ramsey, KYMCO USA vice president for sales and marketing. “By making a comprehensive online training solution available to our dealers, we believe we can help them be even more successful.”

KYMCO dealers may begin enrolling employees in the online training courses immediately. The courses have a built in tracking feature to allow dealer principals and managers to track the progress of their individual employees.
