Alliance Customer Service Call Center names new general manager

Alliance Customer Service Call Center, a division of Alliance Management Partners LLC that specializes in motorcycle dealership call backs, named Kimberly Jones as its new general manager, according to a company press release.
Jones has experience in the marine industry with a marketing background.
Plans for Alliance include software upgrades for more user-friendly reporting for their dealerships, the release stated.
Alliance also expanded its existing consulting division, which is headed up by Roy Nicholson, a former member of the Harley Davidson dealers advisory council.
