Lemco begins new coaching program for dealers

Ed Lemco’s Motorcycle Industry Consulting Services has started a new coaching program, the company announced in a press release.
The program offers dealers a monthly webinar, a weekly analysis of dealership benchmarks and a monthly newsletter.
The weekly analysis will include a traffic log of how many people came to a store, how many reached Step 5 in the sales process and how many bikes were delivered.
Lemco has been involved with the powersports industry for more than 30 years. Lemco, the former owner of Lemco Management Group, is the founder and executive director of the National Council of Motorcycle Dealer Associations. Lemco currently operates a call center for dealers in St. Croix.
