Triumph Motorcycles will sponsor the popular Profit Xcelerator program at this year’s PowerSports Business Conference and Expo, which takes place Oct. 15–17 at the Red Rock Resort Casino & Spa in Las Vegas.
“Triumph is committed to supporting our dealer network, especially when it comes to training programs that put our dealers in the best possible position to close sales and optimize profits,” said Satu Mehta, vice president of sales for Triumph Motorcycles. “The Profit Xcelerator program has an excellent curriculum that gives dealers a competitive advantage, and that’s more important than ever in these challenging times.”
The program focuses on topics that include: low-cost marketing tactics; behaviors that make and break sales; improving retail lending rates; increasing online profits; and expanding market share.
“While a lot of people continue to worry about the economy, this is actually a great time for Triumph,” said Mike Cunningham, vice president for dealer development at Triumph Motorcycles. “Triumph has remained committed to both product R&D and dealer development, both of which are critical to long-term dealership profitability. As a result, Triumph has outperformed the market throughout the recession and we’re even more excited about the next few years as Triumph expands its model line from 16 models to 23 models in new and existing categories.”
Executives from Triumph will attend the conference and meet with dealers that have proven track records in markets where Triumph wants to increase its market presence.
