ADP Lightspeed and Ducati North America have partnered to provide parts and accessory data for the Italian brand’s dealers.
Through LightspeedNXT, Ducati dealers will be able to share and lookup parts and accessory information from other dealers and the Ducati warehouse. Dealers also will be able to share their inventory with the entire Lightspeed dealer database.
“Ducati is constantly looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction and improve on the business process with our dealers,” Jeremy Cleland, parts and accessories business manager for Ducati North America, said in a press release. “ADP Lightspeed stepped up and provided us with an innovative tool for our dealers to view our warehouse inventory and also work with each other to locate time-sensitive parts. Solutions like these reduce the waiting time for customers, improving their experience and strengthening the Ducati brand.”
Dealers will use the Parts Locator in LightspeedNXT to share their inventory and search for needed inventory. Ducati has fully funded the program, and the standard fee will be waived for participating dealers.
“We are very excited to partner with one of the most progressive motorcycle manufacturers in the industry as they apply their renowned passion for speed and agility to their dealer network” Dave Johnson, manufacturer solutions for ADP Lightspeed, said in the release. “By providing a streamlined method for dealers to automatically share their inventory, Ducati is once again leading the pack ensuring their dealer base has the best tools to serve their customers.”
To sign up for the new Parts Locator program, Ducati dealers can go to the subscriptions section of LightspeedNXT. For more details on the program, dealers may also contact their ADP Lightspeed account representative at 800/521-0309.
