Systematyx Inc. has launched customer relationship management tool for all powersports dealers and a website service for Suzuki dealers.
The company, which formed in late 2010, has released Power Log Pro, a CRM system with no long-term web-hosting requirement. The system boasts a unique inventory management tools designed to assist with aged inventory control and easy lead entry and targeting, quick follow-up review, convenient department messaging, effective inventory analysis and an intuitive dashboard display, according to Systematyx. It’s available for any dealer, but because of an agreement with American Suzuki Motor Corp., those dealers receive special services. U.S. Suzuki dealers are eligible for direct bill to their Suzuki Parts Account, free website services and free access to the platform for one year if enrolled by July 31. The website service, only for U.S. Suzuki dealers, offers 3D panoramic virtual showroom tools, an engaging major unit display, stand-alone content, blog and video posting, interactive events calendars, employee representation, search engine optimization, a user manual and a performance review.
