Survey finds gas prices down 17 cents

Gas prices have decreased 17 cents per gallon over the past three weeks in the United States, according to the Lundberg Survey.

Analyst Trilby Lundberg found the average price of regular gasoline is $3.74 per gallon, reported the Associated Press.

The lowest price nationwide was in Jackson, Miss., with prices at $3.41 per gallon, according to the survey. Chicago posted the highest price at $4.29 per gallon.
