Cardo Systems, Inc. announced that it has launched a reseller authorization portal that will prohibit trans-shipping and third-party sales. Dealers wishing to become authorized dealers will also acknowledge a new unilateral advertised pricing policy for Cardo Systems brands.
A key component to the plan is the online reseller authorization portal that provides authorized dealers the opportunity to focus on the product and the brand. In addition, the portal sets forth that Internet sales are forbidden unless a dealer applies and is granted authority through a second screening process.
Separately, authorized dealers will have the opportunity to acknowledge reading the new dealer unilateral advertised pricing policy. Dealers who have successfully completed the process on the portal and have achieved approval at the sole discretion of Cardo Systems, Inc. will be able to place orders through their preferred distributors. Dealers using more than one distributor will only need to register once. (Tucker Rocky or Western Power Sports are Cardo distributors.)

Dealers who have not signed up and been approved through the online registration process by May 31, will no longer be permitted to purchase products. Additionally, certain products will be sold only by authorized distributors to authorized dealers.
