N.J. dealership expands to two stories, 108,000 square feet

Motorcycle Mall, a dealership located in Belleville, N.J., has more than tripled its size by opening a new 108,000-square-foot dealership. The store, owned and operated by the Resciniti family, is celebrating 35 years in Belleville with a festival April 21-22.

After 35 years of business at 165 Washington Ave., the dealership is moving to its new facility slightly more than a mile away, located at 655 Washington Ave.

Attendees at the grand opening will be offered Suzuki demo rides on Saturday. The event also will include local food trucks, music, discounts, parts and accessories vendors, giveaways and raffles.

With more than 37 years in the motorcycle and powersports business, founder John Resciniti Sr., his son John Resciniti Jr. and grandson, John Resciniti III, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday.

“The three generations of John Resciniti’s have been waiting for this day,” said Resciniti Jr., owner and president of Motorcycle Mall. “This is a special day and a celebration not only for us, but for our customers and the town of Belleville.”

With the expanded space, Motorcycle Mall has hired 15 new employees to better serve its customers.

“As a small business in Essex County and New Jersey, we are very proud to have hired that many area employees,” said Resciniti III, owner and vice president of Motorcycle Mall. “The new building and our skilled staff will allow us to better accommodate the tri-state area’s motorcycle and powersport enthusiasts.”
