Boogies Green Machines, an electric motorcycle, scooter and bicycle dealership, is set to open March 1 in Dayton, Ohio.
Doug Girtman and his two business partners plan to cater to commuters, college students, beginning riders and women in their 1,500-square-foot-shop.
