According to a report on TheKneeSlider.com, Polaris has “applied for a patent on a street legal side-by-side reverse trike.”

Think Can-Am Spyder, then add side-by-side seating and a steering wheel. The report also shows a logo for the vehicle, dubbed the “Slingshot.”

Check out the story and patent drawings here. Interesting, even if nothing comes out of it.
