These continually-revised classes provide managers with current industry benchmarks and the key processes necessary to establish a successful dealership.
“We have workshops available for dealer principals, general managers, department managers and service advisors. The focus is on teaching managers to implement the procedures that create profitable, long-term dealership operations,” states content developer & trainer Steve Jones. Students learn the latest best business practices to increase productivity, profitability and customer retention. They analyze dealer 20-club data composites to gain knowledge of the measurements required for effective management and employee accountability. GSA provides current industry benchmarks as baselines for goal-setting and performance tracking. The workshops also cover personnel management components such as recruiting, hiring and motivating employees. Participants receive comprehensive workbooks and CDs containing forms and job aids.
