NPA, H-D Financial Services team up for dealer-only auction

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) announced that Harley-Davidson Financial Services has agreed to participate in the V-Twin Motorcycle Auction at the American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo). This dealer-only auction will be conducted live on the tradeshow floor in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday, October 13th at 3:30 pm EST.

“AIMExpo is the U.S. powersports industry’s largest trade show and HDFS has been one of our strongest partners, working with us for nearly two decades.” says Jim Woodruff, NPA’s Chief Operating Officer. “This is a perfect pairing. We believe AIMExpo is the ideal venue to host a high profile event leveraging our dynamic auction experience with HDFS. A win for dealers, too!”

With more than 4,000 dealers registered to attend and 300+ international media correspondents in attendance, securing HDFS as a featured consignor adds to the momentum building around the V-Twin Motorcycle Auction at AIMExpo.

“Their participation in this event will help to increase awareness, visibility and participation from dealers located in regions outside of our traditional auction footprint,” adds Woodruff.

More than 100 motorcycles will go under the gavel at AIMExpo. The auction will be broadcast live from the showroom floor in Orlando and is open to dealers in attendance at the tradeshow and online via NPA Simulcast. In addition to bringing the live auction experience to dealers, NPA will also provide transportation assistance and incentives to help move bikes back to their dealerships.

Vehicles will be available to preview online starting September 30, 2016. Dealers can register and preview prior to the show by contacting NPA Dealer Registration at 888/292-5339 Ext. 7. Dealers at AIMExpo have the ability to register at the show and preview all the bikes in-person.
