Three arrested at dealership on fraud, identity theft charges

Three people have been arrested on charges for identity theft, fraud and larceny, according to Fox 61 news. 

Police have arrested former Shark Cycle owner Robert Charland and employees Risa Bazinet and Nicholas Wargo and charged all three with 12 counts of identity theft, 12 counts of forgery, 1 count of larceny and 1 count of money laundering each.

According to Fox 61, the investigation began when a lawyer from Polaris Industries reported to authorities that a client may be committing government document fraud.
