Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) and Simmons Inc. said they have settled a three-year old lawsuit regarding Ski-Doo's Precision ski. The amount of the settlement has not been disclosed.

BRP designs, develops, manufactures, distributes and markets Sea-Doo watercraft and sport boats, Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles, Johnson and Evinrude outboard engines, Bombardier ATVs and Rotax engines and karts. Simmons, Providence, Utah, manufactures and sells its patented snowmobile ski under the trademark FLEXI-SKI.
