But far too often dealers put up a Web site and let most incoming leads from that investment go unanswered. Are you one of those dealers?

Dealers who register early for the PSBCE will be mystery shopped online by a third party, and they will be able to pick up a custom report on how their dealership’s lead management process fared in the mystery shopping experience at ARI’s booth at the PSBCE. The report will also include tips and ideas on how they can improve. (PLEASE NOTE: For maximum benefit to your business and on the comprehensive mystery shop results, please do not attempt to sway your results by enacting lead management policies that are not currently in place.)
During Monday morning’s breakfast, ARI will recognize those dealers that scored the highest during the mystery shop by presenting them the PRIDE Award, ARI’s lead management award. PRIDE stands for, Process, Rapid response and Innovative tools and thinking that create a Desire for the customer to buy through proper Execution. Recipients of the PRIDE Award will be able to showcase the accomplishment at their dealerships.
