British magazine CAR has reported that Audi has agreed to an exclusive deal that would give the automobile brand first rights at buying Ducati.

The deal would give Audi until mid-April to finalize the deal, sources told CAR. Audi is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.
