Dantzler reveals plans for PSB Institute dealer training seminars

Powersports Business columnist Sam Dantzler, an industry 20-group moderator and founder of Sam’s Powersports Garage, provides insight via video into his training seminar that will be held during the Powersports Business Institute @ AIMExpo.

Dantzler will present “ESI Fuels CSI: Increasing your Employee Satisfaction Index to fuel your Customer Satisfaction Index.” It will be held from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16 in Room 206A at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
