DragonFire kicks off harness anchors and black belt program

News release

Chandler, Ariz.-based DragonFire has been a proponent of safety and comfort from day one, which explains the launch of new harness anchors and the expanded “black belt” program. All DragonFire safety restraints now come standard with memory foam padding and enamel coated hardware, while the anchor kit is an all-new approach to protection.

“Everyone always assumes that you have to run a full length harness bar in order to upgrade to a 4-point harness,” explains DragonFire’s Social Media Manager Chris Moore. “But that is no longer the case… our new harness anchor weighs less, works better and is easier to install. This kit is hands-down the best solution I have ever seen!”

Anchors are now available for the Can-Am DS and DS Turbo as well as Maverick and Maverick Max models. Polaris RZR XP 1000, XP4 1000 and Ranger XP are covered as well as Arctic Cat Wildcat and Wildcat 4.

“We even have an anchor for the Kawasaki Teryx,” adds Moore.

These anchors are specifically designed to work with DragonFire’s 4-point and 5-point restraints.

“Ever see Enter The Dragon with Bruce Lee? DragonFire has its own black belt program and we are ready to kick some serious butt,” exclaims Moore. In the martial arts world, a “black belt” denotes a level of expertise. “When it comes to safety equipment, DragonFire is a master of the art of belts.” But just like karate or judo, there is always a higher grade to aspire to. Appropriately enough, all belt options now feature black hardware. Function and style come together perfectly as the e-dipped black enamel coating keeps rust and corrosion from becoming an issue on the metal pieces found on all DragonFire harnesses.

Also bolstering DragonFire’s black belt program is the addition of plush memory foam padding for the shoulder straps. While the closed cell memory foam padding adds an unsurpassed level of comfort, it also increases the longevity of the harness, offering a much longer lifespan than the previous padding. As always, DragonFire offers many options to fit your needs, either in 2″ or 3″ wide strap options and 4- or 5-point configurations.

“We can go one better than Bruce Lee in the belt department since we offer more than just a black belt,” says Moore. In some of the martial arts, very senior grades will get colored belts. Same for DragonFire: we carry a wide variety of options to match your OEM color schemes. When it comes time to get belted, go with DragonFire, the black belts in the harness business and… Feel The Heat!
