“EagleRider is known as an authentic and powerful brand,” explains vice president Chris Clovis, “and we can’t think of a better partner than Indian Motorcycle to help deliver on that promise: an iconic, powerful, and uniquely-American experience for riders in Southern California.”

With Indian Motorcycle Los Angeles, EagleRider diverges from the standard dealership approach to a more experiential business. Explains Clovis: “An average motorcycle dealership is derivative of the 60-year-old automotive model. Nothing wrong with that, but at EagleRider our business is based upon destination and lifestyle — more comparable to Disney or Hilton than a typical dealership.”

What does that mean for the consumer? “First off, we don’t have ‘Customers,’ we have ‘Guests.’ Engagement with EagleRider is akin to a resort hotel — a consistent, professional experience regardless of how, where, or why you’ve engaged with us. We focus on guest path and touch points versus the traditional buyer/seller relationship.”

In fact, CSI is so critical at EagleRider that bonuses for the entire store are tied to delivering an exceptional experience. To that end, nearly half of all EagleRider guests — whether they make a purchase or not — are surveyed, with CSI over 90 percent positive

With Indian Motorcycle, Clovis and team see an ideal fit. “Every year, we are fortunate to host thousands of folks from around the world as they come to see America — and they want to see it astride an American bike. The history and heritage Indian brings is something very special; a perfect match to what EagleRider represents.”

EagleRider boasts a sizable Indian rental fleet, which allow riders to not only enjoy a new Indian anytime, but also to take advantage of extended test rides. This allows back-to-back comparison against the best from Harley-Davidson, Triumph or BMW.

“Once you ride an Indian or Victory motorcycle, you’ll buy one. At Indian Motorcycle Los Angeles, we’ll hand you the key — no strings attached — and then allow you to immediately ride that model’s main competition, so you’ll have no doubt which is best.”

Indian Motorcycle Los Angeles is an EagleRider superstore, offering new and used Indian Motorcycles, Victory Motorcycles, Certified Pre-Owned Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, and BMW motorcycles; parts, apparel, accessories, service for Indian and Harley-Davidson vehicles, rentals and tours.

Concludes Clovis, “We are grateful for our partnership with Polaris, Victory, and Indian — creating synergies that benefit riders in So-Cal and around the world.”
