ADP Lightspeed offers DMS training to Yamaha staff

ADP Lightspeed announced its participation in in several classroom training sessions offered by Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA (YMUS) to their Parts and Accessories Field Support Managers.

The trainings are offered as part of YMUS’s initiative to assist and train its field reps on how to create and manage performance goals for dealers in the parts and service departments leading to more sales and greater customer satisfaction. The reps will receive training on creating reports and basic functions of the dealer management system to aid them in working with their dealers.

“So many of our dealers are using the ADP Lightspeed system that it made perfect sense to include them in the training of our field staff,” said Dustin Huffaker, Yamaha Regional Support manager. “They have been very helpful in putting together these trainings designed specifically for our reps in the field. We see great opportunity in working with a partner who shares our common goal of helping the dealer become more profitable.”

“We really appreciate the opportunity to work with Yamaha as they deploy programs to help their dealers manage their business,” said Dave Johnson, Manufacturer Solutions and Consulting with ADP Lightspeed. “The trainings are a great example of where ADP Lightspeed can be a valuable partner to the OEM and provide training on the systems their reps will encounter in the field.”
