Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar is presented with the MIC Chairman’s Award during a ceremony at Polaris Industries in April. Klobuchar’s efforts lead to the 2011 overturning of the “lead law,” which allowed dealerships to return to selling youth motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
