Kawasaki’s North American sales edge up

Kawasaki Heavy Industries saw a slight increase in its North American sales for the first six months of its fiscal year.
The manufacturer reported its North American sales rose 2.4 percent from the previous year period to $1.1 billion.
Kawasaki’s division that includes powersports sales — the consumer products and machinery segment — increased its first-half sales by 10.7 percent compared to the year-ago period to $1.8 trillion.
