Sea-Doo offers consumers advice, online store

Sea-Doo has recently launched both an online store and a forum for expert advice for customers.
The Sea-Doo PAC online store officially opened last week. It allows customers to browse and order Sea-Doo parts, accessories and riding gear from http://store.sea-doo.com. Products can be shipped directly to the customers’ homes.
Also new is Sea-Doo’s Ask the Experts feature. “We want to ensure you spend as much quality time on the water as possible. If you are a Sea-Doo owner, you can now get easy answers to your question or concerns from a Sea-Doo expert,” Sea-Doo said in an email to consumers last week. Customers can seek technical or operating advices about Sea-Doo boats or PWC by entering their name, email address, vehicle identification number and a question into an online form at http://en-us.sea-doo.com/owner-center/ask-a-question.aspx. The note to consumers also said that the customer’s authorized BRP dealer should remain a main contact.
