Consumer Research Solutions celebrates 10th anniversary

Worcester, Mass.-based Consumer Research Solutions, Inc. (CRS) is celebrating its 10th year as an industry-leading research company that specializes in objective, third-party data collection and Internet software for the powersports, RV, marine and tractor industries.

Ten years ago, the partners of Consumer Research Solutions set out to research and standardize a database of powersports features and specifications to help companies that need ongoing manufacturer model data to support their products and services.

“There was a need for companies to outsource their data collection,” said CRS president Steve Caisse. “In many instances, companies had to collect model data in order to build their online presence or to support their internal inventory systems, and this was a huge hurdle for operating in or entering the powersports market.”

Today, CRS also serves the RV and marine markets with a full data set for each model, including more than 200 features, specifications, photos, color swatches, accessory lists, Vin decoding and customized solutions.

“We have been very fortunate that many companies have chosen to work with CRS over the years to outsource their data needs,” said vice president of sales Andrea Desilets.
