2015 Sea-Doo lineup offers Spark custom options

All full-size models get new Radio Frequency key

BRP’s 2015 Sea-Doo lineup offers several new accessories and colors while providing greater customization for the popular Sea-Doo Spark model.

“In 2014, BRP’s Sea-Doo line had one of its strongest years in over a decade with the introduction of the Sea-Doo Spark watercraft, marking one of BRP’s most successful product launches,” said Chris Dawson, vice-president and general manager, Global Sales and Consumer Experience division. “The introduction of the Sea-Doo Spark has certainly rejuvenated the industry by bringing new and younger entrants who are now discovering that the Sea-Doo brand offers the best PWC for fun on the water.”

In 2015, BRP’s Sea-Doo lineup continues to offer a watercraft for every type of rider beginning with the multiple-award winning Sea-Doo Spark model. More affordable and more fuel-efficient than any other PWC in the industry, the Sea-Doo Spark model comes in five colors and offers six new graphic kits, bringing the number of combinations to a total of 26.

A new Radio Frequency (RF) key that offers a more precise connection in addition to the Digitally Encoded Security System (RF D.E.S.S.) is now standard on all full-sized Sea-Doo models and optional on the Sea-Doo Spark.

The recreation segment with the GTI models also receives new colors. All equipped with the iBR system, the Sea-Doo GTI watercraft will easily be identified with their new Manta Green or Maldives Blue colors.

For tow sports, the 2015 Sea-Doo WAKE 155 and WAKE PRO 215 models remain the only watercraft specifically designed for tow sports and will again be the exclusive tow vehicle of the NIKE Wake team.

In the luxury segment, the Sea-Doo GTX Limited 215 and 260 packages come with more than 10 special accessories as standard and a new Manta Green color accent.

And in the performance segment, the racing-championship-winning Sea-Doo RXP-X 260 model will stand out even more than before as Sunburst Yellow becomes the signature look across all five models.

Here’s a closer look at the 2015 Sea-Doo lineup:

The award winning Sea-Doo Spark watercraft returns in 2-Up and 3-Up models and is available with the Rotax 900 ACE and Rotax 900 HO ACE marine engine packages. Spark owners can also add the option of BRP’s exclusive iBR (Intelligent Brake & Reverse) system for added control in braking, docking and tight quarter maneuvering. Its durable Polytec hull and deck material is solid while being recyclable, making it a more eco-friendly watercraft. Compact and lighter than its competitors, the Sea-Doo Spark watercraft is fun, customizable, easy to ride, easy to maintain and can be towed by most sedans.

New for 2015 is the Radio Frequency (RF) key, which maintains the theft deterrent standard set with BRP’s D.E.S.S. (Digitally Encoded Security System) with a redesigned key that offers a more precise connection. With the RF D.E.S.S. key connected, the Sea-Doo watercraft system is instantly activated, allowing instant starting at all times when the new key is in place.

The Sea-Doo RXP-X 260 remains the benchmark in precise and aggressive riding with the revolutionary T3 hull and Ergolock system allowing the rider to utilize more of the available power, longer. The Sea-Doo RXT-X 260 and RXT-X aS 260 models return as the premier open water X-Series racers for the best in point A to point B riding for three, according to Sea-Doo. The Sea-Doo RXT 260 and GTR 215 are the foundation models for the Sea-Doo performance family offering class leading lists of features at competitive prices.

The GTI family provides full-sized recreational family fun in all new cool colors as the Sea-Doo GTI models ride the color wave in 2015. The Sea-Doo recreation segment flagship Sea-Doo GTI Limited 155 model receives a new accent of Manta Green colorization complimenting the Anthracite Grey top deck. The GTI SE 130/155 and GTI 130 models provide great value in a full-sized watercraft platform and feature the first on-water braking system in the segment with iBR joining the GTI Limited 155 model.

For 2015, the GTI SE 130/155 comes with two new vibrant colorations: Maldives Blue and Manta Green (130 only) and the GTI 130 will be available in these two color options on a white top deck. The 2015 Sea-Doo GTX Limited iS 260 watercraft continues to set the benchmark in ultimate comfort and luxury on the water with the industry’s only intelligent suspension system as part of the exclusive iControl technology package. In 2015, the GTX Limited models receive fresh new Manta Green accents complimenting the modern Anthracite Grey top deck. Equipped standard with more than 10 special accessories, the GTX Limited iS 260 package also extends to the Sea-Doo GTX Limited 215 for those looking for a touring model without suspension while utilizing the heralded S3 hull. Grand Touring watercraft are accessible to a wider audience with the Sea-Doo GTX S 155 and GTX 155 models rounding the luxury family.

The Sea-Doo WAKE 155 and Sea-Doo WAKE PRO 215 models feature a removable board rack, retractable ski pylon with observer handles and rope strap, and Ski Mode as part of the iTC (intelligent Throttle Control) system to help every driver be a perfect driver.
